Talented Ghanaian musicians, Kidi and Kuami Eugene, have sold out tickets to the Ghana 65th Independence Day celebration concert to be held at the O2 Indigo arena in London, United Kingdom (UK).

The concert will take place tomorrow, Sunday, March 6, 2022.

The Lynx Entertainment signees will engage the Ghanaian community in the UK and other music fans to observe the country’s Independence Day celebration with quality music and dance.

Venue

The Indigo at The O2 is a modern, multi-functional 2,800 capacity entertainment venue, located under the famous tented roof of The O2, which can boast of its state-of-the-art sound and lighting.

The grounds has established itself as one of the best places in London to enjoy any genre of live music and entertainment in an intimate setting.

UK Visits

Kidi and Kuami Eugene had earlier paid a courtesy call on Ghana’s High Commissioner to the UK and Ireland, H.E Papa Owusu-Ankomah, to inform him about the upcoming concert and to discuss strategies to help in the growth and development of the entertainment sector in Ghana.

They also paid a visit to the Greenwich Townhall to meet with the leader of the council, Councillor Danny Thorpe, and the Cabinet Member for Culture and Equality, Councillor Adel Khaireh.

Another place the group visited is the Ark Greenwich Free School where they spoke to music students about their music journey and how the students could use their talents to carve a niche for themselves.
