Ghanaian- South African music sensation Doupboy Laska releases new EP “Kwashieman 2 Cape Town”
Forever Doup Records’ Ghanaian- South African artiste Doupboy Laska has released his much anticipated ‘Kwashieman 2 Cape Town’ EP.
The 6-track collection, which is a blend of Afro Dancehall, Afrobeats, Pop, and Dance genre, features some of the finest artistes on the continent.
They include LNS from Malawi, Mazzingar and Capt.Dyse, both from Nigeria and C-Tea, a well renowned and internationally recognized singer, songwriter, and producer in Ghana, among others.
The tracklist includes Coco – Ft Lns, Good Vibes, Option, Fi Di Money, Me Ne Woa and Abena.
Prior to its release, social media was awash with anticipation as fans of Doupboy expressed optimism that his debut EP will be a good one.
The star-studded masterpiece was worked on by African producers C-Tea, LNS, Cos Beat, and DCQ Beats.
Speaking exclusively to Pen It Multimedia, the Accra born and bred said the EP is targeted at the youth and any set of people who love good music.
“My team and I have done a great job to put this great EP together. It’s been a lot of effort putting all these talented artistes and producers together on one record,” he said.
Doupboy also expressed the desire that Africans of all nationalities will own the EP and jam to it.
